Once complete, the park will consist of a campground with 35 campsites, a two-lane boat ramp, restrooms, group shelters, trails and a playground.

  • Chet secured $500,000 to go toward a new facility for the East Cleburne Community Center (ECCC), a non-profit organization that provides many civic services for the community. These services include youth programs, tutoring, mentoring, Camp Fire Girls, the "A’s and B’s” Program with the Cleburne Independent School District, job training and computer education courses. The ECCC has outgrown its capacity and the funding secured by Chet will help build a new, larger facility.
